Joining Our Waitlist

To be considered for our waitlist, we ask that interested homes complete an application and/or schedule a virtual or in-person meet and greet. This allows us to get to know each other and make sure the pairing feels like the right fit for everyone involved. Finding the best possible homes for our puppies is something we take very seriously.

Once approved, a $300 non-refundable deposit (Non-CA Residents) or $500 Refundable deposit (CA Residents) is required to reserve your place on our waitlist. This deposit will go toward the total purchase price of your puppy.

Miniature American Shepherds: $2,500–$3,000
Giant Schnauzers: $3,500–$4,000 + ear cropping fee**

**For Giant Schnauzer homes who prefer a natural ear, please reach out prior to 5 weeks of age so we can discuss your preference in advance.

Puppy Selection Order

Puppy selections are made in the following order:

1. Rhodes Avenue & Stud Owner (if applicable)
2. Show/Performance Homes
3. Pet Homes in order of deposits

Pet Homes
Our pet homes are valued just as highly as our show, performance, and breeding homes. A pet home simply means a puppy is being placed as a cherished companion rather than being reserved for specific breeding or competitive goals.

These puppies are not lower quality. They are thoughtfully bred, carefully raised, and selected for homes where they are expected to thrive as beloved family members. For many families and individuals, a pet puppy is the ideal fit; offering the same quality, care, and attention behind the breeding, with placement focused on companionship and everyday life.

We take great care in matching each puppy to the home that best suits their temperament, lifestyle, and long-term success.

Payment Methods

We accept PayPal (buyer is responsible for any PayPal processing fees), GoodDog, Zelle, Venmo, and debit/credit cards for both deposits and final payment.

Puppy Starter Pack

Each puppy goes home with a thoughtfully prepared starter pack to help make the transition into their new home as smooth as possible. Our Puppy Starter Pack includes, but is not limited to:

  • One month of complimentary health insurance beginning the day of pick up through Trupanion

  • Veterinary health check and health records

  • First set of vaccinations

  • Deworming

  • Toys

  • Starter food

  • A blanket & Toy with familiar scents from mom, littermates, and Breeder’s home to help ease the transition

  • Lifetime breeder support
